EnergyConsult prepared the documentation and selection methodology for recruiting and selecting applications for the Victorian Smart Energy Zone program grants. EnergyConsult staff were part of the selection panel and assisted in the selection of successful stage 1 and stage 2 applications. EnergyConsult also reported the deliberations and recommendations of the assessment panels.
