Impact Assessment of MEPS Requirements For Residential Buildings In Victoria

EnergyConsult played a key role in the evaluation and quantification of energy impacts of the mandatory insulation in new residential/class 1 buildings. The project involved surveying 100’s of house designs before and after the regulations. Subsequently modelling the entire new building stock in Victoria to determine the actual impact of the mandatory insulation from 1990 to 2020.
