Evaluation of Launceston Wood-Heater Replacement Program

EnergyConsult undertook the evaluation of Launceston Wood-heater Replacement Program. The evaluation aimed to report on the achievements of the Launceston Program against the agreed objectives; whether the program was achieving its objectives in the most effective and appropriate way; and advise on future strategies to obtain further reductions in wood smoke. EnergyConsult conducted the quantitative analysis of program impacts and the assessment of the program in achieving the agreed objectives.
