Review of Loss of Minimum Function for In Home Displays (VEET)

Assessed the loss of certain functionalities for In-Home Display (IHD) due to retailer change (of being unable to display pricing tariff information) and weather it would still be appropriate to be considered under the current VEET IHD activity. EnergyConsult provided an assessment of customer churn in Victoria, evidence of the effect on current IHD greenhouse gas abatement factors in light of customer churn and whether this will result in a material impact on the current abatement factors.
