Assisting with Vietnam’s National Target Program on Climate Change

This large-scale project is aimed at assisting governments at central and provincial level to implement the National Target Program on mitigation of climate change related risks in various economic sectors and provinces. EnergyConsult staff served as the International GHG Monitoring and Reporting Specialist, and was responsible for developing a GHG Inventory according to IPCC 2006 guidelines. EnergyConsult provided capacity building training and supported implementation of GHG emissions inventorying, monitoring and reporting at the facility, city, provincial level and the national level.
