A Review of Water Heaters in Class 2 Buildings
EnergyConsult conducted research into hot water heater use and efficiency in class 2 buildings. (Residential apartment buildings). Research scope included the various types of water heaters installed in Class 2 buildings and the variation across all States. The aim of the review was to assess the primary factors influencing hot water heater selection and what barriers exist to the uptake of low emission water heaters. Additionally, a series of interviews were conducted with stakeholders concerning selection factors.
