Battery Chargers: Energy Modelling & Cost Benefit Analysis
Provided assistance to the E3 program in the preparation of a consultation regulation impact statement (RIS) to assess the costs and benefits of introducing Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) for battery chargers in both Australia and New Zealand. Services include determining market characteristics, sales/stock and energy forecasting, conducting cost benefit analysis and providing technical advice. A number of policy options were explored to assess impacts in Australia and New Zealand.
