A cost benefit analysis which contributed to the establishment of minimum efficiency standards for rental properties across Victoria.
Researched the energy performance characteristics of rental properties in Victoria. Evaluated a range of measures that could be applied in a potential Minimum Energy Performance Standard for rental properties in Victoria. The final report included research, calculations and cost benefit analysis of range of measures. Also outlined were the technical specifications of the selected measures for the proposed standard.
