CEEP Technical Viability and Project Plans Assessment
A two-part project for the Community Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP). Part one involved assessing the technical viability, benefits and risks of dozens of projects proposed for grant allocation under CEEP. EnergyConsult assessed the proposed technical solution, project plan, resources, and adequacy of the supporting energy efficiency information. The grant program was open to local government or other community organisations to upgrade the energy efficiency of community buildings, street lighting or other assets. Grants up to $5M were awarded.
Part two of the project conducted assessments of the project plans of over 50 projects granted funding under the program. EnergyConsult assessed the appropriateness, risk management and the monitoring and evaluation plans of energy efficiency upgrades to applicable building and assets.
