The Bottom-Up Energy Analysis System (BUENAS) is a model designed to cacluate the energy impact of a country’s energy efficiency policies. EnergyConsult contributed information and developed trend estimates of the average energy efficiency and energy consumption of a wide range of appliances. The resulting trend estimates were used for BUENAS and an international study of efficiency trends.
