Establishing Baselines for the ESS

This project helped establish baselines for the NSW Energy Saving Scheme (ESS) for space conditioners.

As well as establishing the NSW ESS baselines, the impacts of the ESS were also assessed for space conditioning equipment. The study primarily used an analysis of data on the sales of air conditioners in NSW. The results determined how the ESS has impacted on the average efficiency of air conditioners sold in NSW.
