EnergyConsult undertook the evaluation of Launceston Wood-heater Replacement Program. The evaluation aimed to report on the achievements of the Launceston Program against the agreed objectives; whether the program was achieving its objectives in the most effective and appropriate way; and advise on future strategies to obtain further reductions in wood smoke.
