Vietnam Energy Efficient Public Lighting Project

This 5 year project aimed to promote efficient design and implementation of lighting schemes in public places including streets, schools, and hospitals. The multi-disciplinary project was aimed at market transformation to create a facilitating environment for adoption of energy efficiency on a sustainable basis. EnergyConsult served as the International Senior Technical Advisor, providing direction to the project to be more effective at the national and international level. Key responsibilities include providing advice and leadership on policy and regulation development, market transformation, identifying and establishing synergies between various stakeholders’ interests, quality management, risk mitigation and communication.
