EnergyConsult played a key role in the evaluation and quantification of energy impacts of the mandatory insulation in new residential buildings. The project involved surveying 100's of house designs before/after the regulations and modelling the entire new building stock in Victoria to determine the actual impact from 1990 to 2020.
